Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

If I purchase FLOVELY package, where will I be staying at in Brussels?

By selecting any of our packages, you will stay at Dreamville for 5-day, 4-night, regardless of the package you choose. For our Deluxe Packages, you will stay at a premium hotel during your time in Amsterdam.

If you'd like to extend your stay at the hotel during the festival in Brussels, please submit the upgrade inquiry form, which can be found via the button on each package page. Alternatively, you can click here to submit your request.

What is DreamVille?

DreamVille serves as the official campsite for Tomorrowland, transforming into a lively community that hosts tens of thousands of festival-goers after a thrilling day at the event. It’s a vibrant hub where the People of Tomorrow come to eat, sleep, live, and fully immerse themselves in a five-day experience from Thursday to Monday.

DreamVille access is only possible when you buy a DreamVille Package or Global Journey Package including a DreamVille accommodation.

In FLOVELY packages, the Tomorrowland 3-Days Pass includes the access to DreamVille.

Is the camping gear that FLOVELY provides Tomorrowland Official Camping gear?

No, we will provide camping gear that is well-packed and convenient, but it is not the official Tomorrowland merchandise. If you wish to purchase the official Tomorrowland tent or camping gear, you can do so at DreamVille's Camping Store located in the Marketplace or the Magnificent Greens Area.

To which DreamVille Areas do I have access with my FLOVELY Package?

  • The Gathering

  • The Marketplace

  • The Chill Out Area

However, specific areas like the Camp2Camp Area, Friendship Garden Area, Easy Tent Area, and Montagoe Area are exclusively accessible to visitors with a package for that particular area.

For example, an Easy Tent Package grants access to the Easy Tent Area, along with the Gathering, the Marketplace, and the Chill Out Area. It does not include access to the Camp2Camp Area, Friendship Garden Area, or Montagoe Area.

Do I have to pay for the showers in DreamVille?

Outdoor showers are available free of charge. However, there is a fee to use the cozy, heated indoor showers located in the Magnificent Greens Area. Pricing details for these indoor showers can be found at DreamVille.

When and where will I receive my Tomorrowland bracelet, and what is it used for?

You will receive your Tomorrowland bracelet when you meet with our FLOVELY Team at Singapore Changi Airport before we depart together to Amsterdam or Brussels.

The Tomorrowland bracelet is a very important item, as it serves as your festival ticket and functions as an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) access pass. It grants you entry and re-entry to the festival grounds, and can be used for cashless payments within the festival. This allows you to make purchases at food stalls, bars, and merchandise stands throughout the event.
